Concurrent delivery of five sports, recreation and public-realm projects for Parks Victoria across environmentally sensitive, dispersed sites in metropolitan Melbourne.

The program spanned new construction across Olinda playspace and recreation, Jells Park playgrounds, and the Albert Park and Yarra Bend pavilions and netball courts, each site carrying its own community, council and environmental considerations. Delivery was managed as superintendent across the program, coordinating trades, consultants and Parks Victoria stakeholders through design, construction and handover.

At Yarra Bend Park, eight new competition-standard netball courts and the Fiona Richardson Pavilion were delivered at Fairlea Reserve — a site with significant historic and cultural heritage as the former Yarra Bend Asylum and Fairlea Women's Prison — in partnership with the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Corporation and under a Heritage Victoria permit, delivering over 30 additional hours of competition-grade court time for 200+ netball teams. At Albert Park's Oval One, a new modular, shared-use sporting pavilion addressed a longstanding gap in changeroom and toilet facilities for the more than 11 sporting clubs using the oval, developed with a Sports Users Advisory Group and opened with a Bunurong Traditional Owner Welcome to Country. At Olinda, the former 34-hectare golf course was transformed into community parkland under the Olinda Precinct Plan, delivering a nature-based all-abilities playspace, the Olinda Green sporting oval, upgraded netball and cricket facilities, and a dog-off-lead area.
