Rye Pier & Tanti Creek Wetlands

Scroll
Back to all projects

Technically complex works at Rye Pier and the Tanti Creek Wetlands, delivered across environmentally regulated sites with multiple agencies, regulators and community groups involved.

Delivering complex works while managing environmental approvals, community expectations and operational constraints across several jurisdictions at once required multi-agency coordination frameworks spanning Parks Victoria, Melbourne Water, DELWP and local councils.

Site-specific environmental risk controls were implemented and contractor oversight strengthened, with transparent, ongoing community communication maintained throughout delivery. Full environmental compliance was achieved across both sites, with strong community acceptance for highly visible public infrastructure and improved collaboration.
